Meat Industry Ireland (MII) beef and sheepmeat processing members have invested in a new centre of excellence for beef and sheepmeat processing research and innovation. One of the research streams within this Meat Technology Ireland initiative includes a strong focus on the many benefits of red meat in the diet, and particularly meat from grass-fed animals.
